Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite, full-time contract position for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity from now through May 2027. You’ll work within a supportive setting, managing a middle school caseload and helping students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license issued by the state of California
• Experience with school-based therapy, especially middle school populations, is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering growth and confidence in students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students onsite
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support each student’s academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources as needed
