Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to teachers in classroom activities and lesson execution
• Assist with individualized instruction for students who may need additional help
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning space for all students
• Help manage classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans and strategies
• Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to certified staff members
