Office Assistant (Bi-lingual)

Office Assistant (Bi-lingual) Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $16.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries.* Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments.* Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience.* Accurately verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.* Process and collect patient payments with attention to detail.* Maintain and update confidential patient records in compliance with privacy standards.* Perform various basic office administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the chiropractor as needed.

Office Assistant (Bi-lingual) Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills & Attributes:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.* A positive and proactive customer service mindset.* Ability to maintain a consistently clean, neat, and professional appearance.* Adherence to our business casual dress code (scrubs or neat office attire). Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, or general office administration is a plus.
