The Operations Administrator is responsible for organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability. Cash & Banking Responsibilities Complete cash and check reconciliation daily Complete ReSA (Sales Audit) activity daily Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs Manage red bags and media handling Reconcile cash office profile register drawer Administrative Responsibilities Manage associate spiff payouts Complete WHIRL inquiries as needed Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs Support the marketing exceptions process Support LP in credit dispute resolution Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries in partnership with credit services Store Support Responsibilities Assist support team with support responsibilities with the following (but not limited to): BOPIS / curbside service Order fulfillment Wrap & pack Merchandise preparations for sales floor Markdowns Change requests Returns Assist jewelry team with support responsibilities with the following (but not limited to): RTVs Special order processing Direct to store receipts ICE system management Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge as needed Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring Prior retail experience preferred High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Your Life and Career at Neiman Marcus Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformation Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporate Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental) An amazing employee discount Salary and Other Benefits Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
