Project Accountant

Project AccountantAs a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related directly to bookkeeping for multiple projects on the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of accounting within either construction or manufacturing industries.Responsibilities Include:Project cost reporting and analysisGather documentation such as risk mitigation compliance, bonds, insurance certificates, etc.Ensures weekly AP review, AIA billingManage bank depositsSet up new customers and manage job contractsReconcile expense reportsCost coding invoicesWorks closely with financial institution partners and vendorsTakes ownership of projects to ensure high quality resultsQualifications:Construction accounting experience-requiredMinimum of 2+ years of recent construction/manufacturing accounting experienceExperience in either Intacct, Procore, Foundation, Spectrum, Viewpoint, Textura, etc. is highly sought afterExcel- IntermediateSalaried Position ($65-78,000 + bonus), Direct HireThis is an onsite position located in metro Nashville (west side), TN.
