Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and specific interventions.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with your team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when immediate mental health support is necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and client support.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations, trainings, and team meetings to refine clinical skills and improve overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
