Work Environment\n

This role will be 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while you maintain a full-time schedule. You will have the option to work 4x10 hour shifts or 5x8 hour shifts between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families to address complex emotional and behavioral issues.

• Conduct in-depth client interviews to collect and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information relevant to treatment.

• Design comprehensive care programs tailored to meet the diverse social and emotional needs of clients, incorporating cognitive and behavioral health strategies.
\n
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and refer clients to relevant community resources to help them navigate immediate challenges.

• Document clients' progress accurately in electronic health records, ensuring that all case notes reflect current treatment strategies and outcomes.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely updates and thorough documentation per established clinical protocols.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and expertise in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for client needs and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will predominantly work with clients experiencing a range of behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use issues, and family relational problems. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, as you will provide care to individuals who may be navigating complex life challenges, such as grief, trauma, and relationship issues.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical social work, with demonstrated expertise in the treatment of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
