This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will help coordinate care for seniors and ensure our caregivers are matched with client needs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules for client shifts
• Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding schedule changes
• Handle call-outs and last-minute coverage needs
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service and compassionate communication

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling or home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
