- Engage in collaborative efforts alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to craft comprehensive care strategies.
- Provide education to patients and families, empowering them to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring an ongoing continuum of care throughout the patient's rehabilitation experience.

- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, effectively engaging with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Adept at modifying therapy strategies to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Strong clinical acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices.
