POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is a DFW-based leader in paintless dent repair (PDR), with 11+ years in the market, 1,500+ reviews, and a 4.8-star rating.

They're building a full door-to-door (D2D) sales organization with a path to $15M in revenue by the end of 2027 and $20M by the end of 2028. This is a business-unit leadership role , not a first-line sales manager position.

You’ll own the D2D sales engine end-to-end — including recruiting, manager development, training, accountability, analytics, team structure, and overall sales performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and refine the D2D recruiting and rep-ramp system across multiple Sales Managers and teams
• Directly manage and develop multiple Sales Managers
• Build company-wide training, coaching, and accountability systems
• Diagnose and fix underperformance across people and processes
• Own production standards, reporting, pipeline metrics, floor attainment, and cost per successful hire
• Hire, retrain, and transition team members as needed
• Carry accountability for the organization’s path to $15M in 2027 and $20M in 2028

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven experience building and running a multi-manager D2D sales organization
• Experience scaling multiple manager layers — not just leading one team
• High-volume D2D sales experience in solar, home security, pest control, or a similar environment
• P&L or revenue ownership experience with accountability for measurable results
• Experience building recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability systems
• Strong ability to diagnose and improve performance at the organizational level
• A business-builder mindset — you want to own and grow a sales organization, not simply manage a team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $150,000 base salary , increasing to $165,000 once 90-day milestones are achieved
• Up to $15,000 in milestone bonuses during the first 90 days
• Performance-based tiered override on team production , including peak/off-peak production
• $300,000+ Year 1 total compensation potential once the team is built and producing
