Brand Ambassador

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Brand Ambassador will work with Copper Bottom’s Marketing Manager to grow the presence and distribution of our products within Prince Edward Island. The candidate will act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our brands and products. Responsibilities Execute in-store tastings/demos at liquor stores, grocery partners (where applicable), and other approved retail locations to generate trial and sales. Ensure brand merchandising is correct and visible (shelf tags, POS, cooler signage); report out-of-stock or placement issues promptly. Brief retail staff and servers on product knowledge and selling points. Operate a brewery booths at festivals, farmers’ markets, patios, and promotional events across PEI. Set up and break down displays, manage inventory on-site, and handle sales/ID-checking per regulations. Execute grassroots initiatives (street teams, sampling, local partnerships, college/community outreach) to increase local brand presence. Identify and recommend new local promotional opportunities and partnerships in Montague and surrounding communities Deliver consistent brand storytelling and tastings that reflect Copper Bottom’s image and values. Maintain and grow sales relationships with wholesale accounts in Prince Edward Island. Communicate regular relevant information regarding accounts, products, opportunities, etc. to the Marketing & Sales Managers. Act as a representative to the Copper Bottom Brewing & Bantam Hard Seltzer brands. Other duties as required. Core skills & Attributes Outgoing, energetic, and personable; strong customer-facing presence. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently. Team player who can follow direction from Marketing & Sales and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail for merchandising and reporting. Ability to represent Copper Bottom’s brand voice and values with authenticity. Requirements Sales Experience Knowledge and passion for craft beer & RTD products and the desire to educate yourself further. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Previous background in sales is considered a strong asset. Initiative taker with the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Dependable, reliable, and punctual Valid driver’s license.
