Accounting AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a temporary onsite opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on accounting experience and strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Temporary/Part Time - 30-35 hours per week.What You'll DoAssist with daily bookkeeping and accounting activitiesMaintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks OnlineProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile bank and credit card statementsEnter and verify financial data with a high level of accuracySupport month-end closing activities and account reconciliationsAssist with invoicing, expense tracking, and general ledger maintenanceProvide administrative support to the accounting team as neededWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceProficiency in QuickBooks Online is requiredStrong understanding of basic accounting principlesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills
