Administrative Assistant – Williams Plumbing & Drain (Tulsa, OK)

Pay: $17 an hour

Williams Plumbing & Drain is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tulsa. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by providing day-to-day support to our management team and ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and verify clocked-in hours for field and office employees
• Calculate and process employee pay, deductions, reimbursements, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information as needed
• Track, organize, and manage invoices related to payroll and labor expenses
• Ensure payroll tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance requirements
• Assist with other clerical duties

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is a plus
