Northern Star Pogo Mine is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor – Employee Relations to join our HR team. This full-time position operates on a roster 15 days on and 13 days off, promoting work-life balance while working at one of Alaska's premier gold mining operations. The role includes providing HR support, conducting workplace investigations, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.
