This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule to suit your professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our firm, your primary focus will be on providing high-quality therapeutic care to clients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs through engaging telehealth interactions or in-person sessions.

• Developing and implementing tailored therapeutic plans for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapies.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously within our EHR system to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and keep current with industry practices.

• Collaborating with the client support team to ensure effective client intake processes and appointment scheduling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them to manage anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and overall emotional well-being. Your role will be critical in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, challenge harmful beliefs, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent certification allowing for independent practice.

• Demonstrated strong clinical abilities and sound judgment, specifically in crisis management and intervention.

• Proficiency in using the DSM V for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex ideas effectively.

• A self-starter who is adaptable and comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $105,000, dependent on your level of experience, education, and skills. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
