Customer Success Associate

To support the US Army, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will drive product adoption and renewals for the First Alert platform, build customer relationships, and implement strategies to enhance account growth. Key responsibilities Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes within the assigned portfolio Design and implement scalable programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows aligned with enterprise objectives Develop and maintain customer relationships through briefings, demonstrations, training, and regular check-ins Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 3-5 years of customer success/account management experience, particularly in the public sector Knowledge or experience with publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical customers High level of accountability with the ability to manage multiple competing projects and deadlines independently
