Billing Supervisor

We are seeking a Billing Supervisor to join our client's team full time. You will be responsible for team oversight, process and improvement and communication within the accounting department. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Supervise the Corporate Billing Team. Manage the preparation of bills and invoices for customer accounts. Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to junior team members, including Billing Specialists and Billing Analysts. Develop and implement record-keeping systems, forms, policies, and procedures related to billing. Ensure monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger. Support internal and external audits, including required reporting. Review and update SOX documentation related to billing and revenue processes. Oversee billing functions, adhering to organizational policies and applicable laws. Conduct interviews, hire, train, and manage employees. Requirements: Strong financial accounting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills. Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 3-6 years of related experience.
