Change Management Lead

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support large-scale, enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives within a global organization. This consultant will partner closely with cross-functional business and IT teams to drive:

• Organizational readiness
• Stakeholder engagement
• Communications
• Training
• Adoption strategies for complex system implementations impacting teams across multiple regions

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Change Management professional with experience leading organizational change for global technology initiatives in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Enterprise Change Management experience supporting large organizations
• Proven experience leading change management for enterprise IT system implementations or large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communications planning, and training strategy development
• Experience applying structured Change Management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR) or similar frameworks
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional business and technical teams
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving adoption without direct authority
• Strong organizational skills with experience creating documentation, templates, and governance materials

Requirements

• Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting global implementations across North America, EMEA, and APAC (preferred)
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar large-scale systems (preferred)
• Experience supporting contact center transformations or customer service technology implementations (preferred)
• Exposure to contact center platforms such as Genesys (preferred)
• Experience working in Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise environments (preferred)

The ideal consultant is a dedicated Change Management professional—not simply a Project Manager with change management responsibilities. This individual has successfully led organizational change for enterprise technology implementations, understands how to drive user adoption at scale, and excels at building trust with stakeholders across global organizations. They are comfortable working independently while partnering closely with project teams, business leaders, and executive sponsors to ensure successful adoption of complex business and technology changes.
