Controller

Vaco is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join a dynamic company in the Scottsdale area. In this role, you will be in the office 5 days a week and oversee accounting operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and position the company for successful growth for its 3 locations. Additionally, you’ll manage daily financial operations and supervise the accounting team. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the organization’s daily accounting functions Managing the accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable departments Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements Managing the budget process Hiring, training, and retaining accounting staff Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA a huge plus but not required 5+ years of experience in a Controller seat is required Advanced Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage experience is preferred Inventory experience required To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
