NSMS Munitions Acceleration - Program Cost Controls Lead (P4) *HYBRID*

What You Will Do Operate with independence and exercise sound judgment in forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning. Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis and coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC). Prepare financial charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities as required. Provide cost, schedule, and financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes. Implement and maintain Earned Value Management practices. Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs). Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Modification Log, R&Os). What You Will Learn Shape financial execution strategy at the outset of a major production contract phase within a mature defense portfolio. Apply advanced forecasting and EAC methodologies across a complex, multi‑year production environment. Integrate technology refresh and obsolescence mitigation into established production baselines. Develop long‑lead material planning and funding strategy in coordination with Supply Chain and Operations. Communicate executive‑level program financial performance and risk posture. Influence cross‑functional initiatives within a matrixed organization supporting large‑scale defense production. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience. Experience interfacing and conducting business with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain disciplines in program development and execution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills including Power Query are preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Secret clearance). U.S. citizenship is required. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels. Ability to meet critical deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
