Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans that promote mobility and enhance physical functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to alleviate pain and improve overall physical health.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises, providing clear instructions for their home exercise programs to maximize recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, utilizing equipment such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapies.
• Monitor and document patient progress, tracking metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements, while reporting significant changes to the supervising therapist.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are organized and ready for patient sessions.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with team members to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation process, creating a positive atmosphere that motivates them to engage in their therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
