Accounting Manager- Pipeline Role

Key Responsibilities Own and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet activity Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support leadership decision-making Maintain and oversee the general ledger , including fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and depreciation Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and Operations Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting Lead or contribute to ERP implementations, system enhancements, and process cleanups Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Mentor, review, and develop senior and junior accounting staff Support preparation of executive- and board-level reporting Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar role CPA preferred, not required Public accounting background preferred, not required Strong experience with full-cycle close and GAAP-based financial reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel ; ERP experience strongly preferred Comfortable operating in growth-focused, evolving environments #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
