Accounting Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Manager for a leading healthcare/diagnostic imaging organization. This candidate will oversee full-cycle accounting operations for a business unit, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and treasury functions. They will play a key role in driving accurate and timely financial results, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting strategic decision‑making through detailed financial analysis. This individual will also lead and mentor accounting teams while working cross‑functionally to improve processes and deliver impactful business insights in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Strong communication skills; ability to translate financial data to non‑financial stakeholders Decision making- know when to escalate vs what they can handle Experience coordinating audit activities- supporting year end audit Master’s degree or CPA designation Project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
