• Oversee financial reporting and perform variance analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives
• Supervise, coach, and delegate work to accounting staff

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Multi-entity or corporate accounting experience
• Proven experience managing or leading the close process
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
