Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Long hours and/or weekend work is required occasionally. Why you should apply to be Human Resources Generalist: Competitive annual salary Opportunity to work with a respected industry leader supporting 300+ employees Dynamic, collaborative HR environment with growth potential Gain valuable experience working across multiple locations in the Bay Area Typical day as Human Resources Generalist: Partnering with Talent Acquisition to manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from workforce planning to onboarding and orientation Supporting employee relations, including staff forums, grievance and disciplinary cases, workplace health and safety, and exit interviews Assisting with administration of employee benefits, performance reviews, annual salary reviews, attendance, and payroll data Tracking and managing employee movements (transfers, promotions, pay changes) and supporting HR reporting Responding to employee inquiries on HR topics and supporting documentation needs (benefits, payroll, employment verification, etc.) Ensuring HR policies are understood and adhered to, providing guidance and contributing to a positive work environment Maintaining HR records and supporting HR projects as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field Have at least 3 years of HR experience (human resources generalist experience preferred) Possess strong working knowledge of key HR disciplines (talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management) and relevant CA labor laws Are bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Additional language skill (Spanish) is a plus Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a very high-volume and fast-paced environment Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) Are able to travel locally between San Jose and other Bay Area locations and occasionally work extended hours or weekends Hold a PHR certification (preferred) Benefits & Perks As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
