Growth Equity Interview Guide
CRH is looking for a Ventures Associate to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves connecting with innovative start-ups and assessing investment opportunities in the construction and climate technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and market research, and will play a key role in supporting CRH’s venture capital initiatives. What You’ll Do Build and maintain market maps across key focus areas. Source and track early-stage start-ups for investment opportunities. Support due diligence processes and synthesize findings. Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with their plans. Help coordinate accelerator programs and commercial pilots. What You Need 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar roles. Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis. Ability to conduct market research and synthesize information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. What You’ll Love Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.
