Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring that accounts are managed effectively and deliver consistent value. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their personal insurance needs, and coordinating meet service and goals. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, track key metrics, prepare status reports, and proactively identify opportunities for growth or optimization. This role will also manage expectations, resolve issues, and support smooth onboarding and transitions. Collaboration with sales, operations, and support teams is essential to maintain client satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-through.

• Hold a valid Property and Casualty Broker License.

• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines Account Management Experience.
\n
• Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role handling multiple clients or projects.

• Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools (e.g., AMS system, Carrier Websites/Portals, and Microsoft Suite.
\n
• Organized and detail-oriented, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a remote environment.

• Comfort working independently while coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a service-focused mindset when handling client challenges or escalations.
