Payroll/Benefits Specialist- ASAP Temp role! (JN -042026-420520) Minneapolis, Minnesota Apply with Indeed Salary: USD27 - USD33 per hour This is a temporary MN-based Payroll & Benefits Specialist opportunity starting ASAP, focused on payroll processing with additional benefits support. Key Responsibilities Payroll Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time Add new hires and manage employee changes in Paycom Ensure payroll data, deductions, and compensation details are correct Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related employee questions Benefits Administration Initiate benefits for new hires and support ongoing benefits administration Monitor and validate benefit deductions in payroll and benefits systems Answer employee benefits questions and coordinate with third-party benefits partners Work within Lattice (HRIS) to support employee data management Leave of Absence Support Provide employee support and guidance for LOA requests Coordinate follow-ups with third-party leave administrators (approvals handled externally) Help ensure leave-related data is tracked and communicated accurately Qualifications & Experience Strong payroll processing experience (required) Paycom experience highly preferred Benefits administration experience strongly preferred Familiarity with LOA processes preferred (3rd party support available) Lattice experience is a plus, but not required (training/support available) Personable, approachable, and comfortable serving as a key point of contact #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
