Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Providing ongoing individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and culturally responsive practices.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, and providing support for both short-term and long-term goals.

• Educating clients about mental health conditions and therapeutic options, empowering them with tools and strategies to overcome their challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Documenting all interactions and interventions in our electronic health record (EHR) system promptly and accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and various other mental health conditions. Your ability to engage with a broad spectrum of clients will require cultural sensitivity and the capacity to address unique challenges that each individual faces.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health counseling role.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment methodologies.
