Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hopeful Mind, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy, providing a space for clients to articulate their feelings, goals, and perspectives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at addressing complex dynamics, including conflicts among family members and issues such as grief, loss, and job-related stress.

• Assess and document client progress in a timely manner while coordinating care effectively with other healthcare providers.
\n
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that address a broad range of issues, from alcohol abuse to adjustment to separation and divorce.
\n
• Provide guidance on navigating significant life changes, such as remarriage, blended families, and mother/daughter conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on supporting a diverse clientele, including adults as well as children and adolescents. The populations you interact with may be facing challenges such as psychological or physical abuse, family conflicts, and transitional life events, all of which require sensitivity and a personalized approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome both newly licensed and experienced professionals to apply. Flexibility in scheduling availability is encouraged, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week to provide consistent care to our clients.
