As a Therapist at SOL Mental Health , you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients in a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients. About You: Licensed in the state of Virginia. 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience in providing treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred. Outpatient and/or private practice experience is highly preferred. Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, a positive attitude, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence. Must value current evidence-based clinical practice and culturally sensitive care. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. Why Join Us: Competitive compensation.
