Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, developing effective and individualized treatment plans that respond to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Work with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to reflect their progress and changing circumstances.

• Utilize teletherapy tools proficiently to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual interactions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions, including case notes and treatment plans, to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
