Resident Director

Resident Director (RD) The Resident Director (RD) is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position and serves as a member of the Residential Education Professional staff team. Responsibilities Resident orientation to community living Resident counseling Policy enforcement and adjudication Day and night on-site crisis response Curricular approach to student engagement Student staff recruitment, selection, training and evaluation Housing management and special projects Support services to residential students and management of the housing program Employment Conditions This is a four-year contract appointment with the possibility to be extended for one additional year for a maximum total of five years. Compensation The full salary range for the Resident Director is $57,700.00 to $99,300.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $58,700 annually in addition to housing and meal plan compensation. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational factors. Eligibility Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. The University is unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
