What We're Looking For Proven success managing in an upscale or polished casual restaurant. A demonstrated track record of outstanding guest engagement and guest satisfaction. A natural coach who enjoys developing people and building winning teams. High standards with an eye for the details that elevate the guest experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Calm, confident decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
