In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You'll be responsible for managing check-ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You'll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You're the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination. This overnight position operates between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, providing essential guest support and service throughout the night to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
