About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic business partner, providing both financial and operational leadership. This hands-on role requires a CFO who is deeply engaged in the business, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable financial infrastructure, driving performance, and ensuring operational discipline. The successful candidate will directly oversee the finance department, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and strategic finance functions. Responsibilities also include serving as a key liaison with private equity partners, preparing and presenting financial reports, and fostering a high-performance, accountable finance culture. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience. A strong background in private equity-backed environments and experience with GAAP, financial controls, and budgeting is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable financial processes, strong executive communication skills, and experience leading ERP-driven financial environments, with a preference for those familiar with SAP. An MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial/business credential is a plus, as is experience in regulated industries and with high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations. The CFO will be expected to evaluate financial risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance for growth initiatives and commercial opportunities.
