Office locations include Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Phoenix. Responsibilities: Install, commission, and troubleshoot BAS systems and associated equipment. Develop BAS databases from scratch and rewrite sequences as needed. Conduct commissioning procedures including point-to-point checkout and system verification. Support startup, programming, and field termination of controls hardware. Optimize existing BAS programs and enhance system performance. Apply HVAC knowledge involving boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, VAVs, and related equipment. Work with industry-standard communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LON. Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and control circuitry. Prepare accurate commissioning documentation and test reports. Communicate effectively with building owners, end users, and general contractors. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of BAS installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience. Tridium Niagara experience required. Strong foundation in HVAC systems and BAS integration. Skilled in programming databases, rewriting logic, and resolving field issues. Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other communication protocols. Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service capability.
