- A Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- B Shift: Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+15% shift premium )
- C Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( paid for 40 hours )
- D Shift: Thursday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( paid for 40 hours + 15% premium )
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Overtime: Built into select shift schedules

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Machine complex components to tight tolerances in a regulated environment
- Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as needed
- Select tooling, offsets, and workholding to ensure optimal results
- Monitor cutting conditions and make adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
This is hands-on, precision machining — not production button-pushing.

- Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Proven experience as a CNC mill machinist or operator
- Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machining
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Strong knowledge of setups, tooling, and machining practices
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality
Preferred (Not Required)
- CNC programming experience
- Medical device manufacturing background
- Experience troubleshooting complex machining processes
