Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the activities of two Partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities Extensive client interface, including management of current client relationships and providing support in developing new client relationships. Collaborate with the firm's Marketing and Business Development team to develop marketing content, including social media posts, articles, webinars and presentations. Providing administrative support, including drafting emails and communications on the partners' behalf, scheduling meetings and appointments, sending reminders, and preparing expense reports. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas. "Gatekeeper" responsible for management of the partners' email and calendars, providing a bridge for effective communication between parties. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with meticulous attention to detail. Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships. Expert level written and verbal communication skills. Solution driven with strong decision‑making capability and emotional maturity. Desire to learn and grow professionally. Prior experience supporting a senior level executive and his/her clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with LinkedIn. Experience in the legal industry or with content marketing a plus. Education: High School degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
