Land Development Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple land development engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with developer clients, identifying new business opportunities and bringing in your own projects.

• Lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in Land Development

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering sector, with a focus on land development, infrastructure, and land planning.

• Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
