Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which provides a structured yet flexible work environment. You will interact with a diverse team of professionals and have access to ongoing training and support through our telehealth systems. Our outpatient office serves as the hub for collaborative meetings, staff training, and team-building events, ensuring a connected and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on areas such as work-life harmony, stress management, and personal development.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians to continuously refine and enhance our telehealth programs, ensuring high-quality care and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Engage in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals navigating life transitions, those experiencing anxiety or depression, and clients seeking personal and professional growth. Your role will be critical in supporting clients from various backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); candidates in the process of obtaining licensure will also be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, particularly in a counseling or therapy capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
