Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, providing an in-depth understanding of their needs.

• Implement recognized therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy, tailored to promote client growth and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring coordinated care across disciplines.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a collaborative environment for shared healing and peer support.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans for clients experiencing acute psychological challenges.
