Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and learning needs in Life Skills programs. A contract, in-person opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), serving both high school and middle school sites within the Eugene and Springfield areas. The current full-time assignment offers a chance to work closely with small classroom groups, typically ranging from 5-12 students, fostering enhanced outcomes in a collaborative educational environment.

Both experienced SLPs with CCCs and strong Clinical Fellows seeking a meaningful start to their careers are welcome to apply. You’ll be joining a supportive, interdisciplinary team committed to student growth and inclusion.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license for Oregon, or eligibility for licensure
• SLP-CCC preferred, but strong SLP-CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience working within school settings or with Life Skills student populations is beneficial
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering in-person services (no hybrid or remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services to students in Life Skills programs at two high schools and two middle schools
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and speech-language interventions for assigned caseload
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Contribute to team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Support students in maximizing their communication abilities and classroom participation
