Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Some LTC experience required
- Candidate must no longer require supervision
Assignment Details
- Preferred workdays include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Schedule may flex within the Sunday through Saturday work week
- Patient population/caseload: 56/32
- EMR: NetHealth/PCC

Location Highlights
Cottage Grove offers access to both outdoor recreation and nearby city amenities. The city is about 20 miles south of Eugene and is known for the Covered Bridges Scenic Bikeway, which connects multiple historic covered bridges and cycling routes. Dorena Lake is a short drive from town and supports boating, fishing, and lakeside trails, while Row River Trail provides more than 14 miles of paved path for biking and walking. The Willamette National Forest is within regional reach, and the area offers a quieter small-town setting with convenient access to University of Oregon events and Eugene Airport.
