Resident Care Director - RN or LPN Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Resident Care Director—either RN or LPN—for our contemporary assisted living community. Responsibilities Oversee a resident care department through supervising and hands‑on support of the care staff Manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery Ensure regulatory compliance Complete resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents Conduct daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives Qualifications RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina Minimum of two years nursing experience; long‑term care experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred If you have strong leadership and clinical nursing skills and are interested in becoming a Resident Care Director for a brand new, contemporary assisted living community, please apply here. #J-18808-Ljbffr
