Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Scheduling meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Following up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keeping comprehensive and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earning commissions based on the number of meetings arranged, interviews resultant from your outreach, and successful hires stemming from your leads
