This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured and professional approach to therapy. Our clinic uses a client-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system to facilitate documentation and track patient progress. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual and couples therapy to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages.

• Maintain timely documentation of therapy notes and all client interactions using our EMR system.

• Manage your client calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently to maximize client engagement.

• Utilize a billing service to streamline claims processing, client invoicing, and insurance verification, allowing you to focus more on delivering therapeutic services.

• Establish and nurture strong therapeutic alliances with clients, employing a variety of modalities to address their unique challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population you will serve includes individuals from various walks of life, often facing challenges related to addiction, relationship issues, and mental health concerns. A significant component of your work will involve collaborating with clients in detox, addressing both their immediate needs and long-term recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required; an LCSW license is essential for this position.

• You should possess professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and excellent organizational skills.

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting is an advantage, ensuring comfort in leveraging technology for effective client engagement.

• Availability for full-time work (minimum of 20-25 hours a week), including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition to a base salary, we offer performance bonuses, ensuring that your hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.
