Human Resources Coordinator

Trump Winery is seeking a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support while helping foster our company culture and contributing to positive retention practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering with leaders and associates at all levels. Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator Location: Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits, 20 minutes north of Scottsville, VA Hours: Full Time, non-exempt - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Wage: $23 - $29 per hour depending on experience Essential Duties Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, seasonal, and regular positions Write, post, and maintain job advertisements Prepare and conduct New Hire Meetings; create welcome packets, and onboarding documents Maintain HR systems and tracking tools, including Staff Directory, Office Contact List, Benefits Tracker, and Staff Calendar Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and service milestones Process I-9 documentation and verify work authorization through E-Verify Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with Gmail and G-suite Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs Must possess strong communications and presentation skills Must be able to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially.
