The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office. Duties Litigate insurance and bad faith actions across various jurisdictions. Provide comprehensive insurance coverage services to clients. Prepare pleadings and briefs, manage discovery and depositions. Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing. Provide liability analyses and develop litigation strategies. Requirements Minimum of four years of solid litigation experience. At least two years handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance-related actions. Experience with state and federal court proceedings. Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally. Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required. Education JD with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Current CA Bar admission in good standing. Skills Strong litigation skills from inception to trial. Proficiency in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
