Your responsibilities:

• Identify prospective healthcare professionals through our custom-built platform and your existing network
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluation
• Maintain communication with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions through meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your outreach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
